Our culinary proposal is a tribute to the land that hosts us: Lake Garda, with its delicate aromas and generous biodiversity, and Veneto, the cradle of inimitable food and wine traditions. The Menu

Our main menu unfolds like a fan of suggestions: raw seafood, revisited traditional pastas, selected meats, and vegetable preparations that enhance the raw materials. A delicate balance between sophistication and recognizability, between memory and innovation. The Dessert Menu

From the Italian and international pastry tradition, a dessert menu is born that enchants. From the babà enriched with our artisanal ice cream, to the lemon tart with flambé meringue, to the mountain milk ice cream served with aromatic sauces: each dessert is designed to surprise first on the palate and then visually. The Wine List
