Your Privacy is Important to Us
With this notice, issued in light of privacy regulations and in particular Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (hereinafter the “GDPR”), we wish to provide you with some information to illustrate the characteristics and methods of processing the personal data you provide, as a data subject (hereinafter also “Data Subject” or “User”), through the consultation of the website www.pavillonsuite.it
This notice refers solely to this website and not to third-party websites that may be accessed by the User via links contained herein.
First of all, the data controller (hereinafter also “Controller”), which the GDPR defines as “the natural or legal person, public authority, agency or other body which, alone or jointly with others, determines the purposes and means of the processing of personal data,” is La Plume S.r.l., in the person of its pro tempore legal representative, with registered office at 37019 PESCHIERA DEL GARDA (Verona) – ITALY, Via Risorgimento, 1, VAT/Tax Code 02901180238, telephone +39 045 450 0576.
We will strive to be comprehensive, but please note that you may contact the Controller at any time to request information regarding the processing of your data by sending an email to info@pavillonsuite.it.
In accordance with the GDPR, you have the right to exercise the rights listed below. For a better understanding of these rights, we invite you to read Articles 15 et seq. of the GDPR in full.
Right of access (Art. 15 GDPR): you can request confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning you is being processed and, if so, access to such data and additional information about the processing.
Right to rectification (Art. 16 GDPR): you can request that the data provided or otherwise held by the Controller be rectified or completed, if inaccurate or incomplete.
Right to erasure (“right to be forgotten”) (Art. 17 GDPR): you can request that data acquired or processed by the Controller be deleted without undue delay, where (i) it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, (ii) consent has been withdrawn and there is no other legal basis for processing, (iii) the Data Subject has objected to the processing, (iv) the data has been processed unlawfully, or (v) there is a legal obligation to delete the data.
Right to restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR): you can request the restriction of processing where one of the following applies: (i) the Data Subject contests the accuracy of the data, for the period necessary for the Controller to verify such accuracy; (ii) the processing is unlawful and the Data Subject opposes the deletion of the data, requesting instead that its use be restricted; (iii) although the Controller no longer needs the data for processing purposes, the data is necessary for the Data Subject to establish, exercise, or defend a legal claim; (iv) the Data Subject has objected to processing pursuant to Art. 21(1) GDPR, pending the verification of whether the legitimate grounds of the Controller override those of the Data Subject.
Right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR): you have the right (i) to receive your data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, (ii) to have it transmitted directly by the Controller to another controller indicated by you, if technically feasible, and (iii) to transmit it to another controller without hindrance from the Controller.
Right to object (Art. 21 GDPR): you have the right to object, on grounds relating to your particular situation, at any time, to the processing of your personal data based on the lawful condition of legitimate interest, the performance of a task carried out in the public interest, or the exercise of official authority, including profiling, unless there are compelling legitimate grounds for the Controller to continue processing which override your interests, rights, and freedoms, or for the establishment, exercise, or defence of legal claims. You also have the right to object at any time to the processing of personal data for direct marketing purposes, including profiling to the extent related to such direct marketing.
Right not to be subject to automated decision-making, including profiling (Art. 22 GDPR): you have the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which produces legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affects you.
You may also withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
To exercise these rights, you may send a request to the Controller via email, certified email (PEC), or postal mail, using the contact details provided in this notice.
Lastly, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority, which in Italy is the Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali (Italian Data Protection Authority).
